Photos: Madonna, 62, shares rare snap with boyfriend, 26


Madonna has taken to Instagram to share a few snaps of her family’s Thanksgiving celebrations, but it’s the rare glimpse at her much younger partner that fans are truly giving thanks for.


In the first photo, Madonna perched on Ahlamalik’s lap staring slightly off-camera as she grasped his hands in both of hers.

The 26-year-old towers over the petit 62-year-old, smiling for the camera, the two photos shared to the delight of thousands of fans who liked and commented on the post.

At 26 years old Ahlamalik is just two years older than Madonna’s oldest child Lourdes, and the pair initially raised some eyebrows when photos of them together started circling.

Their 36-year age gap may seem staggering to many, but according to Ahlamalik’s father, the pair are happy, healthy and not hurting anyone.

Ahlamalik Williams was initially one of Madonna’s back up dancers, first meeting the popstar in 2015 when he auditioned for her Rebel Heart Tour. He was reportedly specifically chosen by Madonna who later struck up a romance with the dancer.

The pair have never confirmed their romance but have appeared in several Instagram photos and videos together.

Akufo-Addo sworn in as Ghana’s President for second term.

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has been sworn into office for a second four-year term as President of the Republic of Ghana. The Chief Justice, Kwasi Anin Yeboah conducted the swearing-in, taking him through the required oaths . Taking the presidential oath of office and oath of allegiance, Nana Akufo Addo said: “I will be faithful and true to the Republic of Ghana. I will at all times preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of Ghana.” Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has also been sworn in as Vice President of Ghana for a second term.

Director of research at the Presidency, Victor Newman dead

A founding member of New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the current Director of Research at the Presidency, Victor Newman, has died after a short illness. A source close to the family said he died today (10 December) at the Legon Hospital in Accra after a short illness. Victor Newman was appointed as the director of research at the Presidency in 2017. Prior to his appointment, he worked at the Economic Research and Planning Services of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Western Castings Limited, and the Ghana Exim Economic Consultants. From 2008 till 2016, he served as the Director of Research for the electioneering campaigns of President Akufo-Addo. He left behind a wife and four children. Source: Asaase Fm
