Funeral worker causes outrage after posing with Diego Maradona's body in coffin

Three funeral parlour workers in Argentina have been pictured posing next to Diego Maradona’s body inside his coffin. The two images, which have gone viral across social media networks in Argentina, show one worker who has been identified as Diego Molina giving a thumbs-up whilst resting his other hand on Maradona’s head. The second photo shows two men standing next to the coffin with Maradona’s face clearly visible.

The younger of the two men was also giving a thumbs-up pose. The manager of the Sepelios Pinier funeral parlour in Buenos Aires, Diego Picon, claims that the three men were ‘outsourced employees’ and took the pictures before Maradona’s body was transported to Argentina’s presidential palace Casa Rosada.
